Meet Executive Chef Diana Prine for Charles Wright Academy in Tacoma, Washington. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America's Hyde Park campus, Chef Diana impresses students by featuring a variety of menu favorites including herb-roasted chicken with quinoa pilaf, lots of fun variations on mac ‘n cheese, carving stations with pork loin and artfully marbled tea egg toppers seen here!

Faculty and staff also love the food, and every week, Chef Prine puts on a teachers’ breakfast!  Chef was honored to be featured in FoodService Director Magazine!
