
Seattle, WA, August 29, 2025 – Elior Independent School Dining is proud to announce a renewed culinary partnership with Kennedy Catholic High School in Seattle. With a reputation in offering healthy culinary services and dining options, Elior Independent School Dining was first selected by Kennedy Catholic High School to manage dining services over ten years ago.

"The strength of their culinary team and expanding upon healthier food selections were primary drivers in our decision to renew our partnership. Like us, they understand our community and designed a healthier food service program that complements our mission to cultivate and serve a diverse community of learners.”
As part of the renewed relationship, Elior will expand upon its healthier offerings for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks. Elior’s gracious hospitality as well as our exceptional culinary program will continue to incorporate fresh ingredients from different cultures and communities, crafting recipes to make students feel at home – while creating a food learning opportunity for all.
While the culinary team will continue to offer its healthy authentic selections from the Classic Kitchen, Flame, hot off the grill daily specials, and Sauce and Stone fresh pasta, students will now be able to design made-to-order sandwiches from The Local Deli. Other enhancements will feature Elior’s Fresh to Go Market where students, faculty and guests may purchase quick and on-the-go purchases including grab-and-go freshly prepared salads, deli sandwiches and other healthy convenient meals.
As part of its serving and kitchen improvements, Elior creates a farm-to-table experiences by expanding the salad bar with its signature program “Greens,” plant-based foods with fresh leafy greens, crisp vegetables, seasonal produce and more. Herkimer, a local coffee roaster, which roasts its coffee daily to ensure freshness, will be another exciting addition to the servery.
In addition to cash transactions, a new state-of-the-art point of sale system provides a safer and more secure payment process that improves efficiencies for both students and dining team members.
