
Wilson, NC, July 24, 2025 - Elior Independent School Dining is proud to announce a new dining partnership with the Greenfield School, a non-sectarian independent school in Wilson, NC.
Serving independent schools for over 40 years, Elior will serve 448 students who will enjoy Elior's culinary experience featuring the Classic Kitchen, Flame (hot off the grill daily specials), Sauce and Stone fresh pasta, Greens (plant-based foods with fresh leafy greens, crisp vegetables and seasonal produce) and a Fresh to Go Market.
“The strength of our culinary team, attention to detail and food quality were primary drivers in Greenfield’s decision to partner with us,” said Candace Hogan, Senior Vice President of Growth for Elior Independent School Dining.
Students will enjoy a variety of healthy meals including vegetarian meals. Fueled by BeWell, a health and wellness platform, will also enhance optimal nutrition for peak performance. Through Fueled, student-athletes and any active individuals, may receive tools and resources such as education materials, BeWell Menu options, team sports presentations, individualized nutrition plans, and more.
Elior’s Fresh to Go Market will also offer grab-and-go prepared salads, deli sandwiches, and other healthier options daily.
In addition to healthy menu options, students will have access to a wellness dietitian who will provide menu planning support for specialized diets, as well nutrition counseling.
Elior’s catering expertise will furthermore guide clients to create the perfect menus for special events and conferences, as well as charitable events onsite and offsite in the local community.
